Photo taken two days ago (mid summer) at the Mornington Botanical Rose Garden, just outside Melbourne, Australia. One of my very favourite blooms, Shocking Blue. Great form, size, colour and just about as good a fragrance as any HT's or floribunda's.

Rosa 'Shocking Blue' - This floribunda rose grows 3-4′ feet tall and 2′ feet wide. It produces shiny, dark green leaves. From spring to autumn it bears urn shaped buds that open to rounded, fully double, intensely fragrant, magenta flowers, that are 4″ across, held singly or in clusters.
